汽轮机隔板强度有限元法及其应用

摘    要:建立了以板-梁-板为隔板计算模型的隔板强度有限元计算方法.用有间隙的弹性接触有限元法考虑了隔板非线性支撑边界,同时考虑了板的热弯曲.程序使用了八节点厚板等参元划分隔板,用三节点扭梁单元划分隔板静叶.同时,提出了计算隔板热弯曲的方法,计算了隔板温度挠度;建立了隔板模化方法;对有加强筋隔板和中分面有剖分叶片的隔板结构进行了详细的模化;编制了适合上述情况的自动剖分网格程序.应用该方法,计算了3例隔板的挠度和应力,并与厂方提供的实验值进行比较,验证了该方法的准确性

Abstract:A new finite element calculation model is established for calculating steam turbine diaphragm strength. It can take both nonlinear boundary contact and temperature effects on turbine diaphragm into consideration. Due to using a new three node twisting element to plot the diaphragm blade, this model can calculate blade stress precisely. Eight node isoparame tric plate bending elements are employed to plot non contact area, and four node elements are needed in contact area. At the same time, the method of calculating thermal bending of diaphragm is presented in this paper. With this mehtod, a few examples are calculated including the 14th stage diaphragm of Harbin Turbine Works. Compared with the experiments the calculating results are quite satisfactory.
