摘    要:研究了排气孔面积对涡旋压缩机性能和效率的影响,详细推导了排气孔理论开设区域的边界曲线方程.发现了涡圈高度和节距等参数对排气孔面积影响的规律性,并且对圆弧形和腰形2种排气孔作了对比分析.结果表明,随着涡圈高度或节距的增大,排气孔面积减小,而且节距的影响更为剧烈;对于不同的基本参数,圆弧形排气孔的面积曲线始终优于腰形排气孔的面积曲线,且节距和高度越小,改善作用越明显.这在涡旋压缩机设计时为涡圈高度和节距的选取提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The influence of area of discharge port on the performance and efficiency of scroll compressor is discussed. The boundary curve equation of the maximum area of discharge port is theoretically deduced. Considering the characteristics of a discharge process, the regularity that how the height and pitch of profile influence dynamic areas of discharge port is comparatively analyzed for arc-shaped port and kidney-shaped ports. The results show that area of discharge port decreases with the height or pitch of profile increasing, and the influence of pitch is more obvious. For different basic parameters, arc-shaped port performs always better than kidney-shaped port and the improved effect of the arc-shaped port is more apparent with height and pitch of profile decreasing, which provides a criterion to determine the height and pitch of profile.
