| 摘 要： | 根据宽带码分多址（WCDMA）系统单小区功率分配算法有解的充要条件，得到速率与容量之间，服务质量与速率之间的定理换算关系。利用可变比特速率业务的速率减少可以增加恒定比特速率业务和可变比特速率业务的容量，通过适当降低非特指服务质量业务的服务质量（QoS)可以提高可变比特速率业务的速率。数值计算结果表明：业务速率，服务质量和系统容量之间存在着互换关系，根据不同业务的性能要求，可以通过改变业务参数来提高系统的适应性，资源利用率和服务质量。

| Abstract: | Starting from the sufficient and necessary condition of existence of solution for power assignment in a single cell wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) system, the quantity relations among the information rate, the capacity and the quality of service(QoS) are acquired. The capacities of constant bit rate(CBR) traffics and variable bit rate(VBR) traffics can be improved through the change of the information rate of VBR traffics. The information rate of VBR traffics can be increased through the change of QoS of the unspecified bit rate(UBR) traffics. The numerical results show that the information rate, QoS, and system capacity are exchangeable. These make the setting of these crucial parameters very flexible and, in turn, result in higher resource utlization and better system performance. |
