碳化钨颗粒复合合金层的耐磨性能

摘    要:本文应用“复合铸渗工艺”,在灰铸铁件表面稳定地制得以高碳马氏体和铬钨合金白口铸铁为基体,以不同尺寸铸造碳化钨(简称CTC)颗粒为抗磨相的复合合金层。通过二体及三体磨损试验表明、基体合金组织对合金层二体特别是三体磨损的耐磨性起着重要的控制作用;以马氏体合金白口铸铁为基的复合合金层在二体及三体磨损条件下,均具有很高的耐磨性,且随其中CTC颗粒尺寸的增大而显著提高;在三体磨损条件下,较重的载荷对粗颗粒CTC复合合金层的磨损失重率影响很小。

Abstract:Composites of cast-tungsten-carbides (CTC) particles with mainly platemartensito and hlgh-alloy-white-cast-iron matrix are made on substrate of greyiron casting by "the oastin-place hardfacing process of castings in vacuum-sealed mould". Laboratory high-stress two-body and three-body abrasion testsshow that: (1) matrix-alloy structures have decisive effects on wear resistancesof the composite especially in three-body abrasion system; (2) composites ofCTC particle with martensitic alloy white cast iron matrix have very excellentwear resistances which rise drastically with the inerease of CTC particle size incomposites, and (3) load has little offoot on the wear rate of weight loss ofOTC partiolo bonded by alloy martensitic white cast iron in three-body abra-sion system.
