原位生成TiB2/Cu复合材料的研究

摘    要:通过对Cu-B-Ti粉末在机械合金和烧结过程中结构变化的分析,研究了Cu-B-Ti体系原侠生成TiB2的热力学和动力学,并建立了反应生成TiB2的微观反应机制。结果表明:在Cu-B-Ti混合粉末机械合金化的后期及Cu(B,Ti)粉末加热烧结的前期有TiCu3生成;机械合金化的时间对TiCu3生成的开始温度及温度区间有一定的影响。随机械合金化时间的延长,生成TiCu3的开始温度及温度区间都几低温移动

Abstract:Thermodynamics and kinetics are applied to study the in situ formation of titanium diboride in Cu?B?Ti during sintering. Structural transformation of Cu?B?Ti mixed powders occurs during the mechanical alloying process and sintering. A micro mechanism model is developed for analyzing the in situ formation of titanium diboride. It can be shown that the titanium triboride phase is formed at the late stage of ball milling of Cu?B?Ti powders and at the initial stage of sintering of Cu(B, Ti) powders. With prolonged milling time, the starting temperature and the tempetature range for the formation of titanium triboride phase shift to low temperature. The formation of titanium diboride depends mainly on the diffusion and chemical reaction of the B rich phase arising from the formation of titanium triboride and the Ti rich phase due to melting of titanium triboride.
