内啮合转子压缩机齿间啮合效率研究

摘    要:首先分析了内啮合转子压缩机内外转子的运动特点,给出了齿间绝对速度和相对速度的计算公式,然后借鉴普通摆线齿轮的分析方法,详细研究了转子间啮合效率的计算方法,得到了啮合效率的计算公式.研究结果表明,内啮合压缩机转子和普通摆线齿轮不同,其啮合效率不仅和型线的结构参数有关,还和齿间接触力有直接关系.因此,只有得到齿间的受力分布后,才能获得齿间的啮合效率.研究结果对此类压缩机的动力学设计具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The kinetic characteristics were analyzed and the calculating equations of absolute and relative velocities were derived for internal-meshing rotary compressors.Moreover,based on the analyzing method of inter-meshing cycloid gears,the friction efficiency was applied to obtain the calculating method of the meshing efficiency.The result shows that the meshing efficiency is related to not only the structural parameters of the rotor profiles,but also the contact forces between meshing points,which is quite different from that of the inter-meshing cycloid gear.It appears that the meshing efficiency can not be obtained until the force distributions are determined.
