水电工程中不锈钢材料冲蚀磨损与腐蚀的交互作用

摘    要:通过水轮机目前应用较多的不锈钢材料在冲蚀磨损过程中电化学腐蚀及抗冲蚀磨损性能的研究,区分出了纯磨损、纯腐蚀、磨损对腐蚀的促进分量,及其腐蚀对磨损的促进分量等在材料失效过程中各占的比例。考察了试验材料的抗冲蚀磨损特性及其磨损与腐蚀间的交互作用,并对其失效机制进行了探索性分析。结果表明:在不同的冲蚀速度下,0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢的冲蚀磨损失重率小于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料;试验材料在冲蚀磨损总失重率中,纯磨损率是占主要的;随着冲蚀速度的增加,磨损对腐蚀的促进作用也增加,同时也加强了腐蚀对磨损的促进作用。

Abstract:The performances of electrochemical corrosion and erosion wear resistance for the stainless steels used in hydraulic turbine parts were investigated. The proportion of pure were and pure corrosion as well as the promoting effects of wear and corrosion with each other during the failure of the materials were distinguished. The anti erosion properties, the influence of the synergetic action between erosion and corrosion and the failure mechanism has also been studied. The test results show that the erosion mass loss rates of 0Cr13Ni5Mo smaller than those of 1Cr18Ni9Ti at different erosion speeds. Among the total wear mass loss, pure wear is dominant, and the synergetic action between erosion and corrosion is increased with the erosion rates rising.
