自润滑活塞环的热胀失效研究

摘    要:针对无油润滑压缩机运行过程中自润滑活塞环的热胀失效问题,进行了理论分析和试验研究.改装了现有压缩机气缸,制作了组合式活塞,测量出压缩机实际运行时活塞环间的动态压力分布.根据活塞环前后压差载荷变化判断活塞环失效性,应用有限元方法对活塞环热胀失效过程进行了模拟分析和专项试验.通过观察活塞环的热胀过程,对热胀失效过程进行了验证.试验研究结果表明,活塞环因热胀而失效分为2种情况:开口间隙闭合初始时刻会产生封闭容积,形成相对平衡的压力,从而影响密封效果;随着温度的升高,开口接触面错开,活塞环侧面与活塞环槽侧面之间无法取得良好的接触,从而泄漏增加,进而影响密封效果.因此,需采用较大的开口间隙,以防止活塞环过早热胀失效.
