摘    要:分析了H.323标准体系及其功能结构,针对其安全性和网络服务控制功能存在的不足,提出了一种新的基于服务的VoIP(Voice over IP)可扩展体系结构。该结构具有:认证授权机制以防止用户被假冒;服务控制功能以防止网络的服务被盗用; 链接控制功能以防止网络拥塞的产生;计费功能以防止用户的过度占用。该结构适用于在局域网和广域网上提供VoIP服务,其关键技术如服务控制、认证授权机制等已经在系统中得到实现并证明了其可靠性。

Abstract:The lack on security and service controlling of H.323 standard architecture is analyzed, a new scalable architecture based on service is suggested to solve those problems .The authentication and authorization, service controlling, connect admission and accounting mechanism are adopted in this architecture to protect legal users from the counterfeit, to protect the advanced service from the embezzlement, and to avoid LAN congestion etc. The basic strategies to implement the above mechanism are also discussed. This new architecture is applicable in both LAN and WAN environment, and some of key technolgies are realized in our project.
