热喷涂合金—陶瓷涂层的冲蚀特性

摘    要:本文使用自制的CMS-120冲蚀磨损试验机对多种合金——陶瓷涂层的石英砂冲蚀特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:合金涂层中加入适当比例的硬质陶瓷颗粒可改变原涂层的抗冲蚀性能,使其同时兼备脆性材料和塑性材料的优点,即在低角冲击下,涂层呈现脆性材料的冲蚀特点,在高角冲击下又可呈现塑性材料的冲蚀特点。

Abstract:Present paper presents the erosion test results of 6 kinds of thermal sprayed alloy-ceramics coatings, which were accompolished in a self-made CMS120 erosion machine, with silica sands as the impact particles. It is found that the erosion- resistance of the thermal sprayed coatings of the alloys can be enhanced by addition of hard ceramic powders. If the propertion of ceramics is adequate, the coatings give rise to better erosion-resistance. For low angle erosion it behaves as brittle materi- als while for high angle erosion it behaves as ductile materials.
