摘    要:针对固体颗粒加料器供给流量的脉动性问题,采用动态测试技术对螺杆加料器的主要参数进行联动测试,获得了流量变化的基本规律,即流量系数随转速的增大而增大,而且螺距越小,转速对流量系数的影响越大,通过对流量脉动动态定量关系的深入分析,发现出料通道宽度的周期性变化是加料器流量脉动的主要成因,根据脉动互补原理,提出了一种有效抑制脉动的方法,并研制了一种新型双螺杆加料器,经实验验证该方法有效可行、效果显著,可为加料器设计和改进提供理论指导和技术参考,研制出的双螺杆加料器对流量脉动的抑制非常有效。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the discharge pulsation of solid particles feeder, dynamic measuring and testing technique were applied to measure the main parameters of the screw feeder, and the basic laws of discharge were obtained. The result shows that discharge factor increases with the increase of the rotational speed of screw. In addition, the smaller thread pitch is, the larger an impact of the rotational speed is on the discharge factor. It is found that the main origin of pulsation is the periodic change of discharge gate width by the analysis on the dynamic quantitative relation of discharge pulsation. Based on the principle of complementary pulsation to restrain pulsation, a kind of new method to restrain pulsation was proposed and a kind of new-type double screw feeder was developed, which was proved to be feasible and valid by experiments.
