兼顾效率与公平的模糊交通控制模型

摘    要:为了在控制过程中既强调交通效率又兼顾交通公平,提出了一种新的信号交叉口模糊逻辑控制模型,该模型由2个子控制器构成.当前绿灯结束时,通行相位控制器根据各车道的车辆数和平均等待时间计算它们的交通紧急度,然后根据交通紧急度选择下一个通行相位,通行时间控制器则根据被选相位中车辆数最大车道的交通情况来决定通行时间.仿真实验结果表明,该模型与感应控制和Pappis模型相比,在车流量很小时控制效果相近,但随着各向车流量的增加,该模型开始优于其他模型,车流量越大优势越明显,而且变化十分平稳,不仅提高了交通效率,而且使交通供给更加公平.

Abstract:A new fuzzy logic control model for signalized intersection is proposed,where the efficiency and the fairness of traffic are considered simultaneously during the control process.The model is composed of two sub controllers.When current green time is over,green phase controller evaluates all lanes' traffic urgency degrees in the light of the number of vehicles and the average waiting time,and then the next green phase gets to be selected by this controller in conformity of the traffic urgency degrees.The green time of the next green phase is determined by green time controller according to the traffic situation of the lane on which the current number of vehicles is the largest among those lanes that belong to this phase.Compared with vehicle actuated control and Pappis' model,the simulation results show that the control effects are similar under the condition of sparse traffic flux;and the proposed model begins to outperform the competing models with the gradual increasing flux,especially in both efficiency and fairness.
