| 摘 要： | 本文采用有限差分法对稳态基本半导体方程进行了离散化,并从减小离散引起的局部截断误差入手提出了一种合理的自动建网策略。模拟计算的结果表明了该方法的正确性、合理性。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the basic steady state semiconductor equations is discretized.
In order ro reduce the local truncation error due to the discretization. a scheme
of automatic mesh-making is proposed. The simulated calculation results show
that the scheme is correct and rational. |
