环己烷连续脱氢反应研究

摘    要:以Raney-Ni为催化剂,在多相态反应模式下,对环己烷多滴连续进料的脱氢反应过程进行了研究,考察了单滴反应液用量对环己烷脱氢速率和脱氢转化率的影响.实验发现,当环己烷单滴用量较小时,前一滴环己烷的脱氢反应对后续加入的环己烷的脱氢反应基本没有影响,但当单滴用量较大时,后续加入的环己烷在脱氢量及脱氢速率方面明显下降.通过对实验过程的分析认为,多相态反应模式的关键是对系统能量平衡的控制.

Abstract:The dehydrogenation of cyclohexane catalyzed by Raney-Ni in a multi-dropwise manner under wet-dry multiphase conditions for on-board hydrogen source system is investigated. The effects of reactant supply on the conversion and evolution rate of cyclohexane and the dehydrogenation kinetics of cyclohexane are discussed. The experimental results reveal that the former introduced cycolhexane exerts slight influence on dehydrogenation of the following ones when the reactant supply is small while the influence becomes obvious with the increasing reactant supply, which indicates that the energy balance serves as the key to multiphase reaction.
