摘    要:为了克服传统时域同步平均方法应用中需要键相信号及恒定转速的要求,提出了一种不需要键相信号的变转速齿轮箱振动信号时域同步平均方法.该方法通过振动信号时频域滤波及滤波信号的瞬时相位计算来估计齿轮箱的瞬时转速,通过时原始振动信号的等角度间隔重采样来消除转速变化的影响,并用重采样信号进行了时域同步平均.变转速齿轮箱实验台的实验数据分析表明,该方法可以准确地估计变转速齿轮箱的瞬时转速,从而消除了齿轮箱转速波动对振动信号的影响.重采样信号的时域同步平均结果为齿轮监测诊断提供了有效信息.

Abstract:To overcome the defects of the traditional time-domain synchronous average(TSA) technique,such as requirements of key-phase signal and constant operating speed of gearbox in application,a new method for implementing TSA of vibration signal without key-phase signal for varying speed condition gearbox is proposed.By time frequency domain filtering and computing the instantaneous phase of filtered signal,the instantaneous speed estimation of gearbox is gained.The influence of speed variation is eliminated by equal angular interval re-sampling of the vibration signal.The re-sampled signal is used to implement the TSA processing.An experimental investigation on a variable speed gearbox test rig indicates that the accurate instantaneous speed of gearbox is estimated and the influence of speed variation of gearboxes is eliminated,and the effective monitoring and diagnostic information is provided by the TSA result of re-sampled vibration signal.
