| 摘 要： | 采用水基热分解法在ＳｉＯ２／Ｓｉ基底上制备了钛酸铅和掺镧钛酸铅铁电薄膜。详细研究了以水为溶剂，将铅盐和钛醇盐等直接加入到溶剂中制成先体溶液，测量溶液的ＤＴＡ－ＴＧＡ曲线和透光率曲线；对薄膜作ＸＲＤ和ＳＥＭ分析，并对其结果进行了简要讨论了测量了室温下薄膜介电性能和铁电性能。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the preparation of PT and PLT thin films by an improved MOD process. The precursor solution of PT thin films was prepared by dissolving lead acetate, thtanium-n-butoxide and lanthanum nitrate in a solvent. Water was used as solvent. DTA and TGA measurments have been made. Crystallization ,phase transition and morphorgies of the films are observed by SEM and XRD analysis. Dielectric and ferroelectric properties of the film are measuered. |
