| 摘 要： | 以ＺｒＯ２热喷涂陶瓷层为代表，从工艺过程中的氧化现象着手，绫化学后处理中的氧化问题进行了大量的实验。以这些实验结果为依据，分析了氧化对涂层结合强度的影响，初步揭示了后氧化对热喷涂陶瓷层结合强度的影响规律。

| Abstract: | The oxidation of thermal sprayed coat of ZrO2 is investigated. The tests about adhesivestrength are performed from the oxidation in process sprayed to the oxidation in chemicalposttreatment.On the basis of tests the affection of oxidation to adhesive strength is ana-lyzed.The effect of past-oxidation in the adhesive strength of thermal sprayed coat of ceram-ics is revealed. |
