传动装置中磁流变液瞬态流动特性的数值计算

摘    要:为了了解在突加磁场情况下磁流变液在传动装置中的瞬态流动特性,基于Bingham模型和纳维-斯托克斯方程,利用有限差分法对传动装置中磁流变液的瞬态流动特性进行了数值计算.结果表明:工作间隙产生磁场后,磁流变液剪应变率和角速度分布变化明显,临界屈服面在主动转子的内表面形成,随后其半径逐渐减小,达到稳态后保持不变;当传动装置的流变响应时间随外加磁场增大而缩短时,滑差转速越大滞后时间越长;在工作间隙产生磁场时,主动转子传递转矩逐渐减小,从动转子传递转矩逐渐增大,最终两者趋于一致.该结果为磁流变传动装置的设计和性能评估提供了理论依据.

Abstract:To obtain the transient flow characteristics of magneto-rheological(MR) fluids in MR transmission device as external magnetic field is applied suddenly,based on Bingham model and Navier-Stokes equation,the transient flow characteristics of MR fluids in MR transmission device are theoretically analyzed and numerically evaluated.The results indicate that once the magnetic field appears in the working gap,the distributions of shear strain rate and angular velocity of MR fluids vary obviously,the critical yield surface forms on the inner face of the driving rotor at first,its radius decreases and then maintains a constant value up to the steady state.The rheological response time of MR transmission device gets shorter when the magnetic field is enhanced and longer as the slip speed increases.The torques of driving rotor and driven rotor are not equal initially,and tend to identical finally.
