摘    要:对纯水和NaCl溶液在砂床中冷冻干燥的特性进行了实验研究,分析了冻干过程中砂床温度的分布特性,研究了在不同颗粒尺寸砂床中,溶液浓度对干燥时间的影响和干燥后非挥发性质砂床中的分布。

Abstract:Pure water and aqueous solution of sodium chloride are freeze dried in non hygroscopic porous medium made of river sand. Temperature and solution concentration on drying time are investigated for different particle sizes. The distributions of non volatile component in the sand bed are measured after completion of the freeze drying process. Transports of non volatile solute due to entrainment are shown to be present. The drying time is influenced not only by vapor pressure descent in sublimation front but also solute separation and size of pores.
