流体润滑问题的边界元分析

摘    要:本文把流体润滑中的压力控制方程的形式转化为泊松方程,采用边界元法求解压力分布,从而有效地降低了代数方程组的阶数,能够大幅度减少计算机机时并使结果的精度提高。文中对螺旋槽推力轴承和扇形瓦推力轴承进行了分析,获得了满意的结果。所研制的计算程序可方便地用于各种几何结构的动压、动静压问题的分析,特别是对复杂的几何区域或对同一轴承进行大量计算时更为方便。

Abstract:A boundary element method of solving the pressure equations of lubrication problems is presented in this paper. Computer time can be greatly reduced because of the fewer orders of the algebraic equations and higher precision can be achieved when compared with finite difference and finite element methods. The boundary integration is carried out analytically. A journal, a spiral-groove and a sector bearing are demonstrateds. The method and the software developd are suitable for hydrodynamic bearings and hybrid bearings, especially for bearings with complicated boundaries and for a large number of calculations.
