粗糙集理论在机械故障诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:为了对诊断过程中大量的宙余特征进行压缩或约简,将粗糙集理论引入到机械故障诊断过程中,提出了一种特征约简的算法,通过2个典型诊断实例对该算法进行了验证,结果表明:在保证故障分类结果基本不变的情况下,该算法可以查找出对故障分类起主作用的特征,从而达到了特征约简的目的,为粗糙集理论在机械故障诊断中的深入应用打下了基础。

Abstract:In order to compress or reduce the many redundant features in the mechanical fault diagnosis, the rough set theory is introduced and a feature reduction algorithm based on the rough set theory is proposed. Two examples in mechanical fault diagnosis are given to validate the algorithm. The results show that when the fault classification result is almost invariable, the main features which is more important to the fault classification can be searched through this algorithm. The research work supplies a basis for further study of applying rough set theory in mechanical fault diagnosis.
