栅片灭弧室电场的计算及其对灭弧性能的影响

摘    要:用有限元法计算了小容量接触器灭弧室内部三维电场的分布,分析了不同的栅片放置方式对电场分布的影响,并通过试验研究了电场对电弧重燃的影响程度.分析和试验表明:将灭弧栅片竖直放置,触头灭弧区域电场分布最均匀;在弧后恢复电压电场作用下,电弧重燃率最低,燃弧时间最短

Abstract:The three dimensional electric field in a deion plate arc quenching chamber of the small capacity contactor is computed using the finite element method, and the influence of the deion plate on electric field is analyzed. The arc extinguishing property of different deion plate constructions is obtained by experiments. The results of the theoretical analysis and experiment show that under the condition that the deion plates are laid up vertically, the electric field is the best distributed in the arc quenching chamber, arc ignition rate being the lowest and the arcing time being the shortest.
