圆弧类修正齿型涡旋机械气体力研究

摘    要:分析了采用圆弧和线段修正齿端的涡旋机械型线啮合规律,发现只有修正曲线参与啮合的转角阶段的气体力才有别于不修正齿型;总结出了其在任意动盘转角位置的切向和径向气体力的简化和精确解析计算方法,该方法适用于所有采用圆弧和线段修正的涡旋齿型.实例验证表明,简化计算方法所带来的偏差切向力不超过5%,径向力不超过15%.齿端修正后切向和径向气体力波动幅度约增大1倍,不足压缩工况下径向气体力的最大值已接近切向气体力的最小值.

Abstract:The analysis of the meshing regulation of profiles for scroll fluid machinery modified by arcs and lines reveals that the gas force is different from that of the unmodificative wraps only if the modified profile participates in the meshing process. The simplified and accurate methods to calculate the tangential and radial gas forces at any rotating angle of the moving scroll are summarized. These methods are suitable for all scroll warps modified by arcs and lines. The practical examples verify that the deviation of the simplified method is less than 5% for the tangential force and 15% for the radial force. After the wrap modification, the fluctuation of tangential and radial forces is one time higher, and the maximal radial force is almost equal to the minimal tangential force under the insufficient compressing condition.
