成套电器面板计算机辅助设计与制造系统

成套电器面板计算机辅助设计与制造系统ＪＤＰ－ＣＡＤＡＭ是一个ＣＡＤ与ＣＡＭ集成数控自动编程系统，在ＣＡＤ部分，利用人工神经网络，输入细表，可以实现面板的自动布置，并自动形成开孔图，在ＣＡＭ部分，读取面板开孔图后，系统自动选择加工刀具和确定加工路线，自动生成ＮＣ程序并用动画模拟的方法校核其正确性，文章在总体概括ＪＤＰ－ＣＡＤＡＭ系统的基础上，重点介绍了数控自动编程部分的功能及实现方法。

A COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR SWITCHBOARD

This paper introduces a computer aided design and manufacturing system JDP CADAM,which implements the integration of CAD and CAM. This system can generate NC program automatically. In its CAD part, artificial neural network method is adopted to get the arrangement drawing and punched drawing of switchboard automatically by inputting the element list.In its CAM part,the system will automatically determine which tools to use as well as the proper tool path after the punched drawing is loaded,then it will automatically create NC machine program and simulate process on computer screen to verify whether the program is correct. The emphasis of the paper is on how to implement the automatic generation of NC machine program.
