石墨含量对环氧树脂复合涂层力学性能的影响

摘    要:环氧树脂复合涂料是一种较姨的封严材料,石墨含量对涂层的力这性能影响很大,石墨能减少主要成膜物与基体的接触面积,影响界面吸附和界面键合,使粘接强度下降由于石墨具有增韧和减摩作用,可提高涂层的冲击强度及耐磨性,但是,冲刷磨损时易形成犁削和形变蚀抗,导致剖刷磨损性能下降,质量分数为30%的石墨涂层,具有较高的综合力学性能。

Abstract:Epoxy resin composite coatings are good blocking material.The mechanical properties of composite coating are considerably influenced by graphite content.The contact area between filming agents and matrix is decreased due to graphite addition.Because the influence of graphite on boundary adsorption and bonding cohesive strength is decreased.Impact strength and wear resistance are increased because graphite has the effect of plasticization and anti friction.But the deformation etched pit and ploughed grooves are easily formed on the composite coatings and thus its erosion wear resistance is decreased.Composite coating with 30% graphite content has a better combination mechanical properties.
