铝合金激光熔覆的最佳能量密度选择

摘    要:铝合金密度小、熔点低、为了把较高熔点的耐磨合金层熔覆到其表面上,而又不让界面上的熔铝上浮以损害涂层强度,激光重熔的能量密度选择十分重要,这里用一系列能量密度进行了重熔试验,对其重熔层的性能,组织,成份及表面状况进行测试和分析,研究了铝合金基体上熔覆Ni-Cr层时激光能量密度对熔覆层质量的影响。

Abstract:Aluminium alloy is one of low density and low melting point alloys. In order to clad a wear resistant alloy layer with higher melting point on the aluminium subsfrate, it is reguired that the cladding have higher adhesive strength and the molten aluminium do not buoy up, so that the choosing of energy density is very critical. Through a series of remelted tests of Ni Cr coatings and the investigation of the properties, structures and qualities of remelted coatings, the effect of energy density of laser cladding has been revealed.
