摘    要:针对当前消费者个人自主性的提高,依据感性工学系统的产品开发理论,扩展了产品设计方法.该方法通过产品感性意象调查得到消费者的意象偏好,再分别采用型态分解定性描述和型态描点定量描述相结合的模式,来确定产品的型态特征,运用统计分析,最终得出了消费者的心理感性意象与产品造型型态的对应关系,并据此指导后续的产品设计.在设计自行车车架的应用中,证明该方法是合理可行的.

Research on Kansei Engineering and Its Application to Product Design
Abstract:As the increase of customers' self-determination, the designers need gain an acute insight into their psychology cognizance and requirement to develop new products. On the basis of kansei engineering system, the method of product design is extended. The customers' kansei preference is acquired via the product kansei image survey; the character of product form is described as the associative mode of qualitative analysis to decompose the product form into the design elements and quantitative analysis to define the design elements with the point coordinate data; then the corresponding relation of psychology kansei image and product form is obtained from statistic analyzing, and the design rules are established to guide the (followed) product design. As the practice example, bicycle frames are designed to confirm the validity of the method.
