内啮合摆线转子压缩机齿型修正研究

摘    要:为了解决内啮合摆线转子压缩机的型线在修正前存在余隙容积大、无法铣削加工等问题,以内外转子的齿数比为6:7为例,采用共轭啮合的基本原理,首先讨论了可与内转子完美啮合的外转子极限完美型线修正方法,该方法可得到最小的余隙容积,虽然实用化较为困难,但可作为其他修正方法的判定界线.进而提出了一种较简单并可实用化的圆弧型线修正方法,该方法也可减小余隙容积,同时可用普通的铣削方法加工,能够大大降低加工的难度和成本.这些修正方法的研究可为内啮合摆线转子的实际应用打下理论基础.

Abstract:In accordance with fundamental theory of conjugate mesh,a perfect modification of profile(PMP) method was analyzed for a 6-teeth inner rotor and a 7-teeth outer one.The modified outer rotor could mesh with the inner rotor perfectly and the minimal dead volume could be achieved. Though PMP method can not be applied easily,it is the assessment boundary of other modification methods.Moreover,a feasible method called arc modification of profile(AMP) method was proposed.This method is much simpler and can be adopted in the practical machining process.AMP method could also obtain a smaller dead volume and the machining cost could decrease sharply.The present study of the profile modifications is useful for the application of internal-meshing cycloid rotary compressors.
