摘    要:本文对残余应力固有应变的测定方法进行了深入的研究,从理论上分析了直接采用正规方程求解弱约束固有应变场时发生解的不稳定性的原因.采用修正的Gram-Sohmidt 正交化处理法求解固有应变场,解决了在各种约束状态下解的稳定性问题,完善和补充了文所提出的方法.

Abstract:This paper discusses the method of calculating and measuring residual stresses by use of inherent strains as parameters.In general,if the inherent strain zone is not embeded in elastic domain,it is very difficult to obtain stable results by way of normal solution.The unstable results appear espe- cially when the inherent strain zone is located by the boundary of the body or with only weak restraints.In this case,the solution of normal equation is highly sensitive to small changes in the coefficient and large errors will be introduced into the solution.In the present paper,a modified Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization treatment is applied to above inherent strain parameters.In this way,stable results can be obtained in any restrained case.The method has been successfully generalized.
