摘    要:深入分析了海水在水平管外蒸发以及饱和水蒸气在水平管内冷凝的机理。分析表明:采用负压多级降膜蒸发,在加热水温度一定的情况下可大大强化传热传质过程,提高海水的蒸发量;利用饱和水蒸气在水平管内加压冷凝,可有效地促进热质交换过程,提高冷凝的效果。在该理论指导下设计制造的具有闪蒸与压缩蒸馏性能的太阳能海水淡化装置,不仅比传统的盘式太阳能淡化装置效率提高很多,而且可利用较低温度的太阳能加热水进行海水淡化,淡化效率保持在70%以上。

Abstract:A thorough analysis is conducted on seawater evaporation outside of the horizontal tube and saturated vapor condensation inside the horizontal tube.Negative pressure multi-stage falling film evaporation enhances heat and mass exchange greatly when the temperature of hot water is given, and the quantity of the seawater evaporation is increased. At the same time, the condensa-tion of saturated steam is strengthened when the pressure inside the horizontal tube increased. The efficiency of the solar energy seawater desalt device designed according to this theory is much higher than that of the traditional plate one.It can operate with lower solar energy heating water temperature and the desalt efficiency is above 70%.
