细丝二氧化碳焊接焊炬高度自动控制系统的研究

摘    要:设计了一种以MCS-8051单片机为核心的焊矩高度自动控制系统,该系统以焊接电弧为传感器检测焊炬高度,用MCS-8051单片机为主控元件进行实时控制,由BF-75型步进电机及其相应的驱动电路实现焊炬高度的调节,实现了空间复杂曲面或曲线气体保护金属极电弧焊(GMAW)焊炬高度的闭环控制。

Abstract:The automatic control system of welding torch height for the carbon dioxide arc welding based on a MCS-8051 single-chip-microcomputer is developed. The system utilizes an arc sensor to measure the welding torch height, uses a chip MCS-8051 as a real-time controller, adopts a stepping motor BF-75 with driving circuit to adjust the welding torch height, therefore accomplishes the control of welding torch height in the way of closed loop for spatial complex crooked surface or curve welding.
