非连续体增强金属基复合材料的物理增强机制研究

摘    要:研究了颗料和短纤维增强金属基复合的物理增强机制。分析计算及实验均表明,复合材料中基体金属的物理强化程度远高于单一基体合金,主要表现为高密度位错和短、粗、密集的析出相,以及有利的残余应力分布。显微硬度分析证明了上述强化因素沿增强体径向梯度减弱的推论。

Abstract:This paper presents an investigation on the physical strengthening mechanisms in aluminum alloymatrix composites reinforced with particulates and short fibers.Both the calculation and experimentalresults make clear that the strengthening degrees of the matrix in the composites are much higher thatthat in the control al loy,The major strengthening manifestations are high density dislocations near thereinforcements and short-and-wide and densely distributed ageing precipitates.as well as beneficialresid ual stress distribution Microhardness experiments verify that,the above strengthening factors aregradually decreased along the radial direction of the reinforcement,which is coincident with the analy- sis.
