二元置换固溶体点阵驻波的研究

摘    要:将点阵浓度驻波与点阵位移驻波概念统一处理后提出了点阵驻波概念,利用点阵驻模型计算了二元置换固溶体产生的漫散射振幅与原子分布所形成的点阵波振幅的定量关系。结果表明:在倒易空间中任意一点的漫散射振幅正比于该点所代表的点阵驻波(包括点阵浓度驻波与点阵位移驻波与点阵位移驻波)的振幅,利用点阵波概念首次解释了实验发现的有序化与调幅分解共存的现象,而这两类反应长期以来被经典固溶体理论认为是互不相容或不可共存的

Abstract:The concept of static lattice waves is proposed to generalize static concentration wavesand static lattice displacement waves.A calculation is made to establish the relation betweendiffuse scattering amplitude and the lattice wave amplitude.Results show that diffuse scat-tering amplitude of solid solution is proportional to the lattice wave amplitude. Spinodal de-composition/clustering produces long-wavelength lattice waves,which yield diffuse intensityaround foundamental reflections,ordering produces short-wavelength lattice waves,whichyield extra intensity at some superlattice positions.Lattice waves approach also allows thethird mode of atomic rearrangement,that is,the coexistence of ordering and spinodal decom-position, which has been identified in many alloys.However,the conventional theory ofsolid solutions appears to be not able to explain this factl.
