往复压缩机轴系扭振的数值分析

摘    要:某6列往复压缩机出现非预期断轴现象,曲轴主轴直径加粗后,机组却出现强烈振动及第1、2列连杆瓦连续烧瓦问题.利用ANSYS软件对曲轴加粗前后的轴系进行了模态和动态响应数值分析,确定了断裂和烧瓦主要是由于扭转共振及其成倍加剧的疲劳破坏所致.为了避开共振区,轴系第2、3列之间由一体结构改为热装2个连接盘进行对接,提高了轴系的转动惯量,调整了压缩机主轴转速与固有频率的比值,使共振消失,彻底解决了故障问题.

Abstract:The unexpected cracking of the crankshafts in a six-crank reciprocating compressor occurred frequently.The severe vibration of the compressor and the scuffing of the 1st and 2nd crank bearings existed after the diameter of the main shaft was magnified.In this paper,modal and dynamic response of the initial crankshaft and the crankshaft with the diameter magnified are analyzed with ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results show that the cracking of crankshafts results from fatigue damage and torsion...
