平整轧制多变量系统的线性自抗扰解耦控制

摘    要:针对平整轧制板形板厚控制系统中存在的多变量、强耦合及不确定性等问题,本文提出了将线性自抗扰(LADRC)技术与平整机板形板厚控制系统相结合,利用线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)估计系统总扰动,并将PD作为反馈控制率的LADRC控制方案。针对系统存在的外部扰动和模型参数摄动,利用Matlab进行仿真实验,结果表明,该控制方案不仅解耦控制效果良好,还具有较好的鲁棒性。

LADRC decoupling control for multivariable system of skin pass rolling

Abstract:Aimed at the problems of multivariable, strong-coupling and uncertainty in the gauge and shape control system for skin pass rolling of strip steel, a control scheme that combined linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC) with gauge and shape control system was proposed. The total disturbance of system was estimated by linear expansion observer (LESO), and the PD control law was used as the feedback control rate. Moreover, in terms of the uncertainty of modeling parameter perturbation and external disturbance of system, the simulation was carried out by using the robust control toolbox in Matlab. The results indicate that the designed controller not only has good decoupling effect, but also shows good robustness.
