基于管道改进的蝶阀阀板驱动力矩特性优化

摘    要:安装在直管中的蝶阀开启时,其阀板下游流场中会产生漩涡,引起管道振动,进而影响阀板的驱动力矩特性。为减少漩涡的影响,本文在蝶阀出口附近处增加一渐扩渐缩管段,并以空气作为流动介质,利用CFD软件进行数值仿真,分析阀板处于不同开度时管道中流体的速度场、压力场分布规律及阀板驱动力矩特性曲线。结果表明,在蝶阀出口附近处安装渐扩渐缩管段,可以有效地减小阀板下游流场的漩涡,使阀板驱动力矩明显减小,有利于对蝶阀阀板开度及流量的精确控制。

Abstract:When the butterfly valve installed in a straight tube is opened, vortex will be generated downstream of the valve plate, which will cause pipe vibration and consequently affect the driving torque characteristics of the valve. In order to reduce the impact of vortexes, a tube with a gradually diverging and converging structure was added to near the butterfly valve outlet. With air as a flow medium and by means of CFD software, numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the velocity field of the fluid, pressure distribution and driving torque characteristic curve of the valve when the valve plate is of different openings. The results show that vortexes can be effectively reduced by installing the gradually diverging and converging tube near the butterfly valve outlet. The driving torque of the valve plate is obviously reduced, and accurate control of the valve plate opening and the flow rate of the butterfly valve is realized.
