基于反馈线性化的车用无刷直流电机转矩随动控制

摘    要:基于输入输出反馈线性化提出了一种无刷直流电机电周期内12个工作区间(包括续流期)的转矩脉动控制方案。在电机系统内动态性能的分析基础上,证明了控制算法的稳定性。基于Matlab/Simulink对车用电机驱动系统进行建模及仿真验证。结果表明,中低速时转矩跟随迅速且转矩脉动不超过0.1%;高速时转矩跟随迅速但转矩脉动无法有效抑制。高速时表现不佳的根本原因是车载电源电压有限,控制器输出饱和。所提出的反馈线性化控制方案在车辆低中速时具有良好的转矩随动及转矩脉动抑制效果。

Torque servo control for vehicle BLDCM based on feedback linearization

Abstract:A technological solution to the torque ripple of BLDCM in vehicle,namely the feedback linearization control,was proposed.It worked respectively among 12 stages including after-flow durations in one electrical period.Then dynamic characteristics of BLDCM system were analyzed,which demonstrated the stability of the control method.Subsequently,modeling and simulation of the BLD-CM were accomplished in Matlab/Simulink environment.The results indicate that at lower or mode-rate speeds the torque ripple is not larger than 0.1% and torque servo performs well and quickly,while at higher speeds the torque ripple cannot be effectively suppressed though torque follows quickly because of the contradiction between voltage of power supply and required voltage of BLDCM.Thus,it is concluded that the proposed method is an effective solution to torque servo control of vehicle BLDCM at lower or moderate speeds.
