干熄焦工艺对6m焦炉焦炭质量的影响

摘    要:选取6m焦炉焦炭,对干、湿法熄焦焦炭进行质量对比分析,研究干熄焦对焦炭质量的影响。结果表明,干熄焦对焦炭的灰分和硫含量改变不大,对焦炭的真密度、气孔率、灰成分和光学组织指数影响较小,对焦炭的成熟度、平均粒度、粒度均匀系数、孔径分布、机械强度和热态强度等的改善明显。

Abstract:In this paper, the coke wet quenching (CWQ) coke and coke dry quenching (CDQ) coke produced in 6 meters oven under the same coal blending ratio were analyzed and compared. The influence of CDQ on the quality of coke was studied. The results show that CDQ has no great influence on ash content and sulfur content of coke,and has little influence on the real density, porosity, ash composition and optical texture indexes of coke. However, CDQ can significantly improve the parameters such as maturity, mean size, size uniformity, pore size distribution, mechanical strength and thermal properties, etc.
