两级木炭曝气生物滤池的挂膜启动研究 |

摘 要: | 以木炭作为两级曝气生物滤池的填料,以城市污水处理厂二沉池回流污泥为接种污泥,并以初沉池出水为原水启动挂膜,研究两级木炭曝气生物滤池在污水处理中的各级挂膜启动状况,考察在不同实验条件下水中污染物的去除规律。试验结果表明,启动初始阶段,两个滤柱对COD的初始去除率均达到60%以上,并且在较短时间内填料表面能形成稳定的生物膜;两级滤柱串联运行过程中,一级滤柱对COD的去除起主要作用,二级滤柱主要用于去除NH3-N,两级木炭曝气生物滤池在启动后期对COD和NH3-N的累积去除率均达到80%以上。

Abstract: | Charcoal was used as the filter material in the two-stage biological aerated filter(BAF),and the change of the two-stage BAF with time during the start-up as well as the pollutants removal efficiency in different experimental conditions were investigated.The results show that,in the initial stage of the start-up,the inoculation method boasts a COD and NH3-N removal rate as high as 60% and can form a stable biofilm on the surface of the filter in a short time.When the two columns are in series operation,one column plays a major role in COD removal,and the other one in NH3-N removal.And the accumulative removal rate of COD and NH3-N reaches over 80% in the later stage of the start-up. |
