电炉氧化钢渣全组分高效利用的试验研究

摘    要:提出一种电炉氧化渣资源化利用的新方法并进行了试验研究,即首先对钢渣中铁质金属组分进行磁选回收,然后将剩余尾泥采用3种石膏分别活化处理后用于生产钢渣硅酸盐水泥。结果表明,回收的渣铁粉折合品位为69%,回收率为50.51%,产率为25%;延长电炉氧化钢渣粉磨时间,使钢渣解离度增大,不利于弱磁性矿物的选出,降低了铁质资源的回收率;增加磁选管磁感应强度,可提高弱磁性矿物的选出率,对提高钢渣中铁质资源回收率效果显著;加入适量的石膏类激发剂能够对钢渣尾泥进行化学活化,其中半水石膏的活化效果最佳;活化后的钢渣尾泥可以达到一级钢渣微粉的国标要求,掺入30%尾泥粉的钢渣硅酸盐水泥的各龄期力学性能均达到42.5强度等级的国标要求。

Experimental research on efficient utilization of whole components in EAF oxidizing slag

Abstract:A new method to promote the utilization of EAF oxidizing slag was presented and its experimental research was conducted. Iron components in steel slag were firstly retrieved by wet magnetic separation, and then the non-metallic steel slag mud activated by three kinds of plaster was used to produce Portland steel slag cement. The results show that the grade, recovery rate and yield of reclaimed slag iron powder are 69%, 50.51% and 25%, respectively. The degree of dissociation of slag rises with the increase of grinding time, which is unfavorable to the separation of weak magnetic materials and the recycling of iron components. With the increase of magnetic induction intensity, the recovery rate of weak magnetic materials is raised, which contributes to the recycling of iron resources in the slag. The slag mud can be activated and turned into the first level micro powder of steel slag by adding appropriate amount of plaster activator, and semi-hydrated gypsum is the most effective activator. Moreover, the mechanical properties of Portland steel slag cement mixed by 30% activated steel slag mud powder can reach 42.5strength grade of Chinese national standard.
