基于FBG倾角传感器的分布式测斜技术及其在边坡抗滑桩中的应用研究

摘    要:提出一种基于新型测斜管和FBG倾角传感器的新型分布式测斜方法。该方法采用柔性变形管与PVC刚性管相连接的改进型测斜管,选取具有增敏结构的新型FBG倾角传感器作为分布式测斜装置的高精度传感器,并利用光纤光栅温度传感器作为温度补偿传感器。在边坡抗滑桩中的实际应用结果表明,基于FBG倾角传感器的新型分布式测斜技术在工程应用中具有有效性,并可成功解决测量中的温度补偿问题。

Abstract:In order to resolve the error of traditional FBG measurement, a new distributed inclination method that is based on new-type inclination tube and fiber Bragg grating (FBG) tilt sensor is proposed. The method uses improved inclination tube whose flexible deformation tube is connected to the PVC rigid tube. A new FBG tilt sensor with enhanced sensitivity structure is chosen as the high precision tilt sensor of the distributed inclination technology, and the fiber grating temperature sensor is used as the temperature compensation sensor. The application of the technology in the slope anti-sliding pile shows that this FBG inclination sensor-based technology is feasible and effective in engineering, and can successfully solve the problem of temperature compensation in the measurement.
