岩土工程中两类锚杆支护系统的研究

摘    要:锚杆支护是岩土工程中一种重要的支护形式,锚杆支护的主要目的是维护隧道围岩"咬合圈"或"松动咬合圈"自身的平衡,保证隧道空间的安全。本文根据瑞典北部Laisvall矿与斯德哥尔摩Atlas公司的现场资料,采用粘塑性边界元(模拟围岩),薄板弯曲边界元(模拟喷射混凝土层),新的锚杆单元(模拟描杆),粘塑性边界元与薄板弯曲边界元耦合(模拟围岩-喷层作用)以及时间-成本比较法,对岩土工程中两种类型的锚杆支护系统(水泥锚杆与Swellex锚杆支护系统)进行了分析比较。结果表明,Swellex锚杆支护系统比水泥锚杆支护系统对于改善软岩隧道的支护质量及降低工程成本更为有效。

Abstract:In this paper,based on field data from Laisvall mine in Northern Sweden and Atlas Copco in stockholm,two types of rock bolting systems (cement grouted rebar + shotcrete lining and swellex rockbolt+shotcrete lining ) in rock and soil engineering are studied and compared by viscoplastic boundary element method (BEM ),BEM of thin plate bending,new rockbolt element and coupled viscoplastic BEM and BEM of thin plate bending,and time-based cost (TBC ) analysis. The results show that swellex rockbolt system is more effective on improving support quality and decreasing cost than cement grouted rebar system in tunneling.
