| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种专用瓶盖的注塑模设计 ,其存在的问题及解决方案。模具结构中采用了定模强制脱模 ,顺序开模 ,滑动型芯延时顶出等机构。该注塑模设计改进方案 ,对于油瓶、酱油瓶等有翻盖结构的塑料制品模具设计有一定的参考价值

| Abstract: | This paper presents a design of the plastic injection mould for a special cap, discussing the relevant problems and their solution. Several mechanisms such as forced stripper, sequenced opening, delayed goring of the sliding core are applied in the design. The modified structure of the mould might be valuable to the design of those plastic caps with a turnover lid. |
