高炉铁水滴落过程的渗碳研究

摘    要:对熔融铁水滴落过程的渗碳规律进行了研究,研究结果表明,影响高炉不渗碳量的因素是多方面的。过去那种认为高炉生铁含碳量已经达到饱和并与铁水渗过程无关的看法是不正确的。高炉铁水渗碳的主要阶段在滴落带,炉缸内的渗碳过程不会掩盖滴落带的渗碳规律。

Abstract:Carburization of molten iron in the dropping zone of BF has been studied.The results show that there are many factors affecting the carburization of molten iron.It is wrong to think that the content of iron has already been saturated and is not telated to the process of carburization.The main stage of carburization of molten iron in BF is at the dropping zone and the process of carburization at the furnace hearth will not hide the caburization at the dropping zone.
