| 摘 要： | 介绍粉末成型PLC计算机控制系统的设计。系统以PLC为控制核心，使用电子天平测量细粉末的重量，通过PLC控制六台步进电机自动完成细粉末的配料、卸料、工位转动、粉料剖平、压制、取成品的生产。通过TD200监视器和控制面板完成系统的动态显示和控制参数的在线设置。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the automatic control system design for the powder molding production line. With the PLC as its control center, the system use the electron balance to measure the weight of the battery pole slice powder. The PLC controls 6 step electric motors to mate and unload material, turn location, level and press powder, and fetch finished product. The TD-200 monitor and the control panel complete the dynamic display and set up the control parameter. |
