| 摘 要： | 用同时蒸馏萃取法制备 ,色谱 -质谱联用仪分析了花椒挥发油化学成分及百分含量。从中分离出 80余种化合物 ,共鉴定出 5 6种 ,占挥发油总量的 95 .99% ,其中 5 2种为萜类化合物 ,杀虫活性组分 β -水芹烯含量高达 2 3.12 % ,里哪醇含量为 3.5 1% ,表明同时蒸馏萃取法是提取花椒杀虫活性组分的有效方法。

| Abstract: | The chemical components of volatile oils of Zanthoxylum bungeagum Maxim prepared through simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SDE) were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatograph mass spectrometry computer.56 of the 80 components separated from the extraction have been identified,accounting for 95.99% of the total of the volatile oils.52 components are proved to be terpene,containing insecticidal constituents:beta phel landrene 23.12%,linalool 3.51%.This indicates that the SDE is an effective method for extracting the insecticidal constituents from Zanthoxyhum bungeagum Maxim. |
