| 摘 要： | 分析了影响钢丝疲劳寿命的主要因素,钢丝用盘条的质量,钢丝的拉拨工艺,钢丝热处理技术工艺,钢丝超细化处理,钢丝快速加热技术及形变热处理技术,都对钢丝的使用寿命有着重要的影响,结合工厂生产实际情况,分析影响钢丝疲劳寿命的主要因素并提出相应的技术措施。 |

| Abstract: | The factors influencing steel wire fatigue life-span were studied,such as the drawing technology,heat treatment,ultra-fining,rapidly heating and ausform.They play an important role in the life-span of steel wire.This article analyzed the factors above and proposed corresponding technology in practice. |
