雪莲果的化学成分研究及应用

摘    要:雪莲果是原产于安第斯山的一种块茎水果,近几年来由于其特殊功能性成分得到世界的关注.雪果莲的主要化学成分为低聚果糖、多酚类、类黄酮、萜类、挥发油等化合物、多种氨基酸及微量元素,具有降血糖,降血脂,抑茵等药理活性,是具有开发价值的药用植物.

Abstract:Smallanthus Sonchifolius is a native Andean plant,cultivated for its tubers throughout South America.Recently it is arousing the attention of many countries in the world for its special functionality.The main constituents of Smallanthus Sonchifolius are fructo-oligosaccharides,phenolic acids,flavonoids,terpenoids,essential oils,oligoelements besides many kinds of amino acids and microelements.Some of these constituents possess the activities of lowering blood sugars and lipids,bacteriostasis and so on.So Sm...
