| 摘 要： | 雪莲果是原产于安第斯山的一种块茎水果,近几年来由于其特殊功能性成分得到世界的关注.雪果莲的主要化学成分为低聚果糖、多酚类、类黄酮、萜类、挥发油等化合物、多种氨基酸及微量元素,具有降血糖,降血脂,抑茵等药理活性,是具有开发价值的药用植物.
