模糊—线性最优HGPSS原理

摘    要:基于调速器控制的解耦性,提出在水轮机上通过调速器控制(HGPSS)实现抑制低频振荡,并针对实现所面临的问题采用一种实现的Fuzzy控制方法,为从根本上解决PSS参数选择和多机协调存在的问题提供了一种思路。为真实反映水力系统的动态过程,在设计中引用弹性水击模型来描述水力系统的动态过程。仿真结果表明:Fuzzy HGPSS理论上是正确的,有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the multimachine system decoupleness of governor control,this paper puts forward a way of realizing auxiliary governor control (HGPSS) on a hydropower unit for restraining low frequency oscillations.Facing on the requirements from HGPSS,the paper provides a practical improved fuzzy control method,and designs a respective fuzzy controller.The method provides a way to resolve thoroughly the difficulty in choosing a set of ideal PSS parameters and in coordinating multimachine system.In order to really reflect the dynamic characteristics of water-trubine and conduit in detail,a model taking elastic water-hammer into consideration was established in designing HGPSS.The results of computer simulation study of HGPSS showed that both the HGPSS theory and the method are correct,the new method has a fine prospect of application in practice.
