芭蕉芋生产葡萄糖浆的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了采用α-淀粉酶、葡萄糖淀粉酶双酶法生产工艺,直接从鲜芭蕉芋(Cannaedults)块茎生产葡萄糖浆的方法。该法降低了原料成本,工艺操作容易,设备要求不高,葡萄糖转化率高,产品增值优于其它芭蕉芋制品。

Abstract:his article introduces that glucose can be made from raw Canna edults by thetechnology of two enzymes (amylo - 1, 6- glucosidase and alpha amylase). In this way,the technology is easy to control, there is no need for high grade instruments, and thecost of material is decreased. the inversion rate of glucose liquor is high and lits rise invalue is much better than other products made from Canna edults.
